MOKAN, CCAC has a revolving loan program in which we make working capital loans to construction contractors. The intended purposes of the loans are for supplies, equipment, payroll, etc. to sustain their viability. |

MOKAN is the prime source in the St. Louis area for practical, hands-on assistance in competing equitable for publicly funded projects. Over the years numerous contracts have been awarded through the direct efforts of the MOKAN staff.
Today the work continues as MOKAN serves as a catalyst for promoting working relationships between minority, women owned, small contractors and the public & private sectors.
