MOKAN is the prime source in the St. Louis area for pratical, hands-on assistance in competing equitably for privately and publicly funded projects. Over the years millions of dollars in contracts have been awarded through the direct efforts of the MOKAN staff. Today the work continues as MOKAN serves as a catalyst for promoting working relationships between minority, women owned, small contractors and the private and public sector.

Our future goal to increase the number of qualified minority and women contractors because of increasing demands in the construction industry.
